Would love some help, Just returning

So I am returning after about a 2-2.5 month break from the game and i hear a lot has changed. I have not found a really good source yet to fill in the gaps. When I left I was looking to start raiding as my schedule was freeing up and i pretty much had/have all my heroic gear i would need.

I'm wondering if i could go ahead and switch to the 15/5/51 build now or wait until i can get a little bit more block.

I would also love to know if there are any recent gear changes i have not found yet (or just forgot) about that would be able to give me an upgrade/tweak without raiding as i am not really sure what all i can tank yet and trying to get a guild situation straightened out.
