Here is what I am thinking of doing next, gear wise:

Replace +24 stam gems with the +8 expertise and +12 stam till expertise capped.

OR

Get the expertise neckpiece from KT 25 man (has not dropped )

Get Hit capped... somehow.

Get gear from 25 man Malygos for expertise/hit tank.

I personally think I have a decent gear and spec and would appreciate any constructive crits to make it better. I am the main tank of my guild so this is incredibly important to me.
