My work schedule has severely limited my playing ability in the last few months. I got a few key drops from Naxx early on, but now my guild doesn't pick me up on runs.

What can i do that's time and money efficient to upgrade my gear / prospects? I can work on things over time, but if the suggestion is "run heroics" it's going to be a long time to see progress.
