what do you use as a tank warrior ?
Flask of Fortification or
Flask of Stoneblood
now i am well gearded well over my 540 defence but is it just me or does Flask of Fortification still better ?

This may sound upsetting but... Screw flasks, use elixirs if you can. (either armor elixir/expertise elixir or health/expertise elixir). The only time I use flasks is if I expect to wipe, which currently really only goes for Malygos in my situation.

Stoneblood flask is a bad joke, barely better than the retarded fortitude elixir. I'll usually cut my defense down for extra threat/dps stats on gear and use a defense elixir to get back to uncrittable.

Yeah a lot of people have "proved" the stoneblood flask is underbudget compared to other flasks. Not sure of their proofs validity, but it's kinda lacklustre. I prefer stoneblood anyway, but yes, as someone mentioned, go with elixir combos if you can afford it (or you know you wont be wiping) - they're by far the best.

Im still using Flask of Chromatic Wonder , they are cheap, some resistance and 18 str + 18 agi for better tps and 18 sta... something is something...

no flasks, elixir of Def and guru elixir = extra def + 20stm, str, agil is nice. Alos cheap to make the guru as the mats fish up at the same time as the dragonfin angelfish.
