Deep Wounds hotfixed... maybe?

World of Warcraft - English (NA) Forums -> Deep Wounds Hotfix?

GC seems to think that maaaaybe deep wounds was hotfixed. I'm very interested to see any numbers regarding this and how it might be affecting the 15/5/51 build.

Blizzard needs to spend less time balancing and more time bringing out more content for it's large, bored userbase. The fact that Blizzard is wasting it's time address important issues like "Fury scaled a little too well" or "Rogue's have .32939543 too few DPS in a PvP environment" is why the official forums are getting bloated with posts about how bored the players are. It really doesn't matter. The classes are balanced to the point no one is going to take all Fury warriors. It's just natural that some classes are better than others. All that matters is that they are fun, not balanced.

1.) The weapon damage got all the modifiers (Enrage or Death wish, Two handed spec.)
2.) Then the bleed got those same modifiers (Enrage/Death+Two handed spec).



This is the change we made: Number 2 will no longer happen. Instead Deep Wounds will just be a percentage of the damage calculated in number 1.

It was getting the modifiers, it had been hot fixed so now the bleed wont get the modifier

Deep wounds is barely 4.3% of my dmg.. what are people seeing prior to the latest maint?
