Hopefully this isn't too low a level of stuff to deal with here, I apologize if it is. I've about hit the end of what I can get without going into heroics, but I've heard a lot of varying opinions about what sort of gear and stats are necessary to tank them. I would appreciate any opinions on my gear/spec, and whether or not it is sufficient to do well in heroics.

lightningedit: I am aware that first trinket is terrible, but it at least has defense rating, and I can't really find another good one.

Any suggestions about where I can improve and where I should go from here (I'm also interested in knowing what are good starting heroics) would be appreciated.
