Improving dps? (prot war)
I am not sure what i did wrong but I always sit around 1.2-1.3k dps on heroics.
My armory: The World of Warcraft Armory
2 of my wws report:
Wow Web Stats

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

OK, I give up. Which one's which? They're both the same dps for the overall run.
I did look at the Ormorok fights. Group composition (no pally), range (crit %'s are wildly different, small sample sizes do that), and what looks like you rage starving yourself on both fights (leading to weird 'rotations').

Not sure what you are asking but both are from different run.
I was suspecting either I need better gear or weird rotation.
I have macro that will hit dev/hs at the same time. I will try to split them I guess.

Sorry, I misunderstood. I thought you you were giving a WWS from when you did good dps and one from where you didn't and were asking what was wrong.
I didn't actually look at your gear, but now that I have - one suggestion would be to back off gemming for so much health (29k is more than adequate). Exp/hit will help you be more consistent run to run and increase your overall damage output as well (expertise to 26 should be your first priority here).
I would never macro HS to an ability except in two cases:
you have glyph of revenge -> rev/hs macro
you have two identical action bars, one where everything is macro-ed x / hs for infinite rage fights.
I still wouldn't macro HS to an ability though.
I'm no pro at reading WWS reports, but you seem to be prioritizing the right moves (SS and Rev). I just looked at how many heroic strikes you did and how many GCD's you didn't use to conclude you have rage management issues. If that's all caused by your macro, great. If not, that's an area of improvement - watch your rage levels to see when it's appropriate to start HS-ing.

so I remove my macro and ended up staring my gcd all the time.
My wws http://wowwebstats.com/gbs5rjlaxmb4o shows not much improvement though.
