Offering of Sacrifice

should i go with

Essence of the Gossamer
or
Darkmoon Card: Greatness

I already have 40% dodge but only 32k unbuffed HP

I use all three of the trinkets you mention, and I'll swap them in and out depending on the fight. Also going to get defenders code. Dont throw away trinkets with armor on them - they're still great for certain fights - you just dont get half a shield's worth of armor with them any more!

the trinket gives me about .35% more dmg reduction i dont see many scenarios where the +90 agi or +111 stam wouldnt be better

For the health proc really. But yes, the content is introductory, so advanced theorycrafting is irrelevant. Use the mirror of truth and the sphere of the red dragon when tanking if you really want
