Inherited Insignia of the Alliance vs Medallion of

This on the face looks like the old Pvp Medallion of the Alliance is actually better than the new Stone Keepers shard Inherited Insignia of the Alliance reward, but just doesnt' seem right. Am I missing something? Anybody tried this yet? They both claim to remove all movement imparing effects, but the OLD one has a 2 minute cooldown verses the new one with a 5 minute CD, plus has the 84 Resiliance compared to none on the NEW one?

You got it a bit mixed up.
The Medallion of the Alliance is the new level 80 pvp trinket.
The Inherited Insignia of the Alliance is a heirloom item. It is bound to account and is meant for your alts.
