No More Death By GCD!

The latest 3.0.8 PTR build contains one small, but much requested, change that will surely make many tanks happy:

• Shield Wall, Barkskin, Guardian Spirit, and Divine Protection are now off the Global Cooldown.

Icebound Fortitude has been off the GCD since beta, so it was only a matter of time before the other tank classes (and it seems Holy Priests as well!) got a look at their emergency buttons. No more getting locked out of Shield Wall in the middle of your threat rotation!

From what it looks like on the updated notes over on MMo-Champ it looks like the stam to weapon enchant was completely removed. At least that is what I assuming the line drawn through it on the notes means.

having to stop my rotation at 7% on patchy so I could make sure bubble wall was active when he frenzied was pretty irritating. This is a very welcomed change

It's true, according to the latest notes. Titanguard has been removed completely, after being nerfed down from 75 stam to 50 stam.

Meh, most decent tanks predict when they need to use it anyway. This was a non-issue, IMO; it's not like losing an extra GCD out of your tanking rotation causes threat problems.
