If you could help me with some tips....

Well, gear is enough to go tanking in Naxx10.
If you wanna improve go farm Normal mode Halls of Lightning for a defence trinket from Loken (does not drop in Heroic), since many of your current items have higher defence value than the drops you get in Naxx.
Heroic AzjolNerub have a nice 111stam trinket from 2nd boss and then ofc the sword you already going for.
Enchants are missing, use the cheap ones for now. +22stam on boots, +45stam/agi leatherworking patch on legs. +12def on cloak.
ooh and I don't know if armory is acting up, but I hope you put extra sockets on bracers/gloves and belt.

Thankyou for the tip about normal HoL, i never done HoL normal, only Hc :P
What about gems? Do you think i've to put other gems or i'm keep these, or......?
