hello,

here is my armory
The World of Warcraft Armory

i got this mace on me and going to add superior agility to it. but im not going to use it till i get my 20 def on wrist and 16 on back

and im getting this ring soon from a guildie and going to add 24 sta to it so that should be more hp

Titanium Earthguard Ring - Item - World of Warcraft

and im 31 EoH away to get the gloves... and working my bs to get to 400 so i can add gem socket to wrist and gloves for extra hp or maybe def

so am i close yet or ready?



and yea forget to mention about trinkets... i don't know where to get better ones, i know there is a good one drops of last boss in Halls of lightning. thats 1 trinket im trying to get but i don't know what other good trinkets out there.

Pick up the Loken trinket and the Essence of the Gossamer. There's your trinket issue solved (the latter will give you over 1k hp).

The purple gem in your helm makes me cringe. I did the exact same thing until I did my homework and realized with much help from postings on EJ and here, that parry rating goes into diminishing returns VERY quickly and for the cost in item budgeting, sucks. Toss in a +24 stamina instead (I think that was a blue socket. If not, use a expertise/stamina gem).

Pick up some different shoulders (either the ones off the elemental boss in Gundrak or the General in Heroic HoL, the gundrak ones are better imo).

The Titansteel guardian is getting nerfed in 3.0.8 so keep that in mind before picking it up.

Get to honored with the Sons of Hodir for a shoulder enchant.

Get a different meta gem (the 32 sta and 2% armor one).

Ditch the 22 stamina on those boots and get Boar's Speed (I know, its an old enchant, but the different between it and Tuskkar's Vitality is negligible) since you're going to want a movement speed enchant if you're going to be MTing Anub (not required but it defnitely makes your life easier, as well as your healers).

You have no glove or wrist enchant.

Get rid of the healer libram from Nagrand.

Spell power weapon isn't a good choice any more after patch 3.0!
I think you'd be better to get "Red sword of courage" like protetion warriors.

Use tank weapons, or, if you can't find one, use a 1hander DPS weapons

spellpower weapons are a thing of the past for paladin tanks.

red sword of courage from heroic UP is the best pre raid tanking weapon you can get... there is a kinda bad one from H UK but it will do for a short time.

At the moment im currently farming for the Eng Gun for tanking, along waiting for new patch for bracer enchant!

Any hints and tips would be greatly appreciated

I like your avoidance numbers. Health is ok, and if you could manage to push that armor stat over 23k that would be good.

Look at Demog's rankings, you might want to look at getting more health as far as stats go.

Get a new ring. Green = should be replaced ASAP, too bad you wasted a Dragon's Eye on it.

You gem for defense a lot, I think if you could get more defense from gear and less from gems you might feel a little more flexible when replacing gear, since the defense will be more spread out over your entire set.

Make the Monarch crab ASAP.
And the Titanium Earthguard Band.

Get some enchants on that heroic raid gear!

Talents - Booming voice is not really helping you as much as some other talents would - ditto for Iron Will and improved rend. You might try the 15/5/51 spec that everyone's wild about (Arms: Imp HS 3/3, Deflection 5/5, Imp Charge 2/2, Impale 2/2, Deep Wounds 3/3, and Fury: 3/3 AttT with 2/5 Cruelty)
