DW DK tanking VS 2Handed

Hey guys another post here prolly been done but couldn't find anything. I use a 2hander titansteel destroyer but I was wondering if DW tanking would be higher threat because of the parry? + rune strike ect I havent tried it I got the slow sword from the chest at horseman 25 and was thinking about trying out DW any views ont he threat differences hit issues or anything I should be taking into account I know alot about DK is also versatility and preference wich is awsome but 2handed VS DW any theorys flying around ?
