What specifically are you looking at prot for while leveling? AOE? or High burst? or survivablility?

more to AOE/survivability i guess... I'm just wondering if there are any exceptional must-have talents that i work around...

Your 41 is pretty close to what I started with, I switched over around then too
Although I'd eventually get fun Fury/Arms bits, you want some of your deep Prot goodies first IMO.

I'd be interested if most people thought otherwise, but I was very happy when I hit Warbringer and I'm looking forward to reflective damage, all of which gets pushed off a few - many levels if you step outside of Prot early.

Even not looking ahead, AttT and Cruelty rock, but greater than the 10% from one hand specialization + 10% from Improved Defensive stance?

Here's what I'm using as I run up the chains to 60 - I throw a point into Toughness as I need filler.

Don't worry about matching anything to a 'T' though, hmm btw your 'aim' build is the same as your current build.
Anyways if you have good block and imp revenge, it's worth getting these major glyphs - revenge and heroic strike.
