This gem Stalwart Monarch Topaz fits in a red or yellow socket and gives you +8 dodge and +8 defense. For my needs this gem fits perfectly for my T7 chest, It gives me the socket bonus of dodge and gives me the 1 more skill point to reach the crit cap again after swaping some pecies around.

Theres a problem tho. I cant find anyone with the cut. Ive checked the JC vendor in Dalaran, wowwiki, wowhead, and thotbott and no results on where this cut comes from.

It doesn't exist.

A lot of blue-quality gems that would be useful (STR/Crit from a DPS perspective for one) also don't exist. I think Blizzard is just mocking us.

The difference here is that the gem exists, but the pattern doesn't (or at least hasn't been found yet).

So you can look at it on Wowhead, but you can't get it ingame.
