Imp HS + Impale / Cruelty + AttT

is this a decent threat spec? Am I missing anything?

I'm not sure about imp charge vs imp hs, imp hs means I can keep heroic striking when I'm getting on the lower end of rage, but imp charge means more rage to start off with. Decisions :/
