Bracers of Lost Sentiments

So i got this bracers off naxx a few days ago, and i was looking at them and thinking... "Are they for tanking or for dps?". The reason i ask is because they look too badly itemized for dps bracers, the str is too low, and the stam looks too high for dps. I could be wrong though... So what do you guys think?

I am not familiar with stats on lvl 80 epic stuff, but I would tell you to remember Lurker Bracers.....lots of bracers had more strength, even the ones off HKM, but Lurker Bracers (can't remember the bloody name) were still considered much better due to the other stats on them.

I like them alot unders certain conditions. They load up on stats that we clearly like but sometimes have a tough time finding in tank gear. If you are crit capped and need hit/exp, these are pretty hot, IMO.
