I havent stepped foot into Naxx yet (slow guild), but have been trying to prepare as best I can. I havent had much luck in heroics as far as drops go.

So the question is.....

Am I ready???

Yup, you're fine.

You're stats are even a little better than mine when I started tanking pulls and I just tanked Patch just fine.
