Health or avoidance?

The World of Warcraft Armory

Stat-wise, should I be shooting for more avoidance or more health? The belt is gemmed, and has a buckle. (Armory stats are correct, even tho is shows no gem) Currently doing heroics for badges (and the sword from UP), but should soon be getting to tank in 10 & 25-man Naxx. Tanked 10-man Obsidian Sanctum, and it was extremely easy. Would my gear as it is stand up to 25-man Patchwerk?

at 21% dodge, and 18% parry, you shoudl be fine for all the 25 mans for avoidence. Block is a bit low tho, don't know why.

Health woudl be good, I'd shoot for 26k health unbuffed, for 25 naxx.
