Please help on getting defense up to 540

The most I could get with current gear is around 510ish. Would I be able to get defense up to 540 by getting the non heroic dungeons drops? I did Oculus a couple times and saw a helm drop that had sockets on it (it was a tank gear with defense, but the dps needed and won). Which other dungeon drops tank gears with sockets on them?

and is enchanting a good way to get defense up to 540 (somewhat with my current gear, though still upgrading)

What defense level and what how much HP is usually required to tank heroics?

my other things like dodge, parry, and block are all around 15-16. Do I need higher at this point for heroics (have done a few), and possibly raids?

You're fine for heroics, but you need to use CC, don't try to multi tank 5 guys and expect everything will turn out OK.

For 10 man raids you should be OK but for 25 man I think you need more HP and probably avoidance.
