what gem to put in?

I'm new to the forums and a regular visitor, so i figured its about time i made my first post
Well as the title says, I've got Inexorable Sabatons - Item - World of Warcraft
and I'm wondering which way to go with gems. I'm Currently Crit capped, with Expertise @ 4,25 and Hit at 7,08. with exp being somewhat low I am tempted to put in an the Accurate Monarch Topaz - Item - World of Warcraft, as that would also match the requirement for the meta gem. any advise and tips are welcome.

I would go with the 8 expertise 8 hit gem as well. These are the threat oriented-boots while Sabatons of Endurance - Item - World of Warcraft off Thaddius are defense-oriented.
