Dropped in normal Gundrak, from trash. Currently sitting in the bank, mocking me for not being 80. Intuitively, I'd say that since it requires level 80, it should be dropping in heroic and not normal (not that I'm complaining, mind you). Wowhead lists it as a heroic only drop. Loot table shenanigans?

ya i was trying to figure out why a 80 item was dropping in that place...i didnt know it was a heroic drop at the time

I was surprised when I picked this up in normal, makes sense that it ought to be heroic. I imagine that it'll be fixed soon though...

There is a nice boe tanking belt that drops there too I believe.

I definately think that the blue drop rate is broken at the moment. My usual group and I have gotten up to 3 BoE blue drops in a single run multiple times.

Yep, that neck dropped for me when I was running it at 79.
However, Shadowseeker's Pendant dropped the next day in heroic Old Kingdoms and using that one for now. Loss of SBV ofcourse makes me little sad but personally I think it's better to go for avoidance instead of threat and big shield slam crits when you're still gearing yourself up for raids.
