Merc weapon for WOTLK Lvling?

Hey all? I was wondering if it would be a good idea to pickup one of the Merc weapons for lvling during Worlk? I just got Inuuro's and will be picking up the shield from SS rep soon. Would picking up one of the weapons for lvling be a good idea?
