Threat weapon enchant

So with the nerf to ArP I was wondering if anything else had edged in front of Executioner for threat enchant. I've seen quite a few paladins with +20 str and was wondering if that is what to go with, either for them or warriors.

Edit: Just found this post http://www.tankspot.com/forums/f97/40981-weapon-enchant-question.html asking pretty much the same question, however I'm still curious about +20 str as a tanking enchant.

The nerf to ArP was in terms that everything was turned into a rating instead of a static value. Executioner still ignores a static value of 840 armor.
