    Swiftsteel vs Season 2 shoulders

    Thinking about crafting swiftsteel, i currently have season 2.

    Is 10 AP/19 hit rating/35 haste > 27 crit rating?

    Swiftsteel shoulders should be better in terms of raw dps, haste being quite effective stat.
