Professions + wotlk

Anyone got a good tip on what profession will help out the most in the expansion for a prot. warrior?

from what i saw with TBC i'd say smiths will amke themselves some decent gear

also hoping eng goggles will be updated for level 80

mining/skinning was such a time sink and distraction from actually running dungeons and tanking.

I'm currently Mining/Engineering but the helms look about the same as 10 man naxx level so I think it's going to be JC/BS. Two extra gem slots + 3 jeweler's gems looks like the way to go for min/max.

Jewelcrafting trinket + gems letting you hit bonuses and meta reqs with any setup is amazing.

LW provides a solid stam boost, or a huge amount of free resist you can't get anywhere else, via the bracer enchants. +60 to any resist you need? Nom nom

I'm sticking with BS/Enchanting personally. Gonna make alot of money not needing to replace any gear till 78-80.

Hey Xav, since u got already involved into wotlk raiding, can you share if there are fights that require high resist gears ?

Knowing that could make the difference for my choice
