Is there a way to normalize the sound? Lore is very quiet, and you, Cider, are much louder. But as always, a great discussion.

you failed to mention glyph of frenzied regen, it is probably the most important bear glyph of all, on 1st reaction i thought "what did you just say glyph of maul is terrible" but after re-looking at the glyphs and with the change to swipe i guess CC will not be that important so the maul glyph may be worth getting. Depending on who instances work out and how often i have to be in bear and be in cat for a given instance my third glyph will be mangle for when i have to go cat.

Regarding Lore's discussion of the crushing blow change, if for some reason a level 79 tank is tanking for a raid with some level 80 members, that tank will be subject to crushing blows. (I imagine 10-man Naxx is the most likely venue for this to happen) Just something to keep in mind.
Did you guys change something with the mixing? You both sounded very distorted from the usual sound quality.
We're using entirely different software. It sounded fine about 15 minutes before we recorded, but something changed between the full recording and the test on quality we had done.
Having had a chance to look at it again, next podcast I'm going to try something a little different.
about the defense crunch for uncritability when patch 3.0.2 comes out and we lose Anticipation Defense and defense rating on our gear, it is not completely unheard of is that resilience is a good way to cover the uncritability. It scales faster than defense does, a throwing weapon here, or a gem there can help a lot.
Oh and about the inscription thing, the PTR definitely has it there, trainable and working, so..... I'm gonna go with 100% sure that it'll go live in about 2-3 weeks with the patch. So those who want to power level through it, start collecting yourr herbs now, cuz it uses herbalism mats.
