Arms Warrior Looking for Upgrade Suggestions

Currently, I pump out about 1.2k dps
The World of Warcraft Armory
I'm looking to either get the badge gloves or wait for Akama's gloves. My guild is 4/5 Hyjal 3/9 BT with a disappointing 9% wipe on Gorefiend.

Any help suggestions would be appreciated.

bump and picked up shoulders off of rage and t6 gloves still looking to make up hit rating in other places other than my ring any suggestions would be helpful.
