Mouseover Tooltip and SCTD replacements?

So, I'm about to rework my UI again, inspired by a few wow videos I've seen people playing recently.

Here are things I want to replace:

SCT and SCTD is horribad. I can't see past it.

Similarly, I used to use something that kinda broke with 2.3 and 2.4 rendered nigh unusable for tooltips... so I want a customizable and resizable tooltip that will show me debuffs, hp and mana for a target. Any suggestions?

Tiny Tip is really amazing for tooltips
TipTac is another alternative but I think tinytip is more informative

My battle text is Mik's Scrolling Battle Text. Google, should be first one, its what Kazaganthi uses too. comes default to have Heals+incoming on left center of screen, Damage/outgoing on right center of screen, buffs/procs top center of screen. You can create/move/edit/shrink/extend any number of these "boxes" and put whichever buff/debuff/damage/combat text into the boxes. I chose to have them arc on their way down, so i can read it easily, while buffs shoot straight upwards from center. So at any moment all my combat text is going within the center of my screen, "surrounding" Kaze.

Been trying MSBT for the last couple days, it's good. I like it as an alternative to SCT. (Probably gonna use it over SCT now, actually...)
