Choice of new leggins

Hi all,
I'm sitting here with a bit confusion in my choice of new legs for Beef.
Either will i go for the Unwavering Legguards or the Sunguard Legplates
Both will get the +40 stam 0 12 agi enchant and here is my problem.
With Unwavering can i socket up an additional +45 stam and on the Sunguard an additional +30 stam

Although Sunguards comes with +45 def. rating, +35 dodge rating and +23 expertise rating compared to only +22 def. rating, increases shield block rating by 30 and increased block value by 59 on the Unwavering.

Which shall I choose?

I might be corrected now, but the Sunguards for bossfights and Unwavering for trash

But if I had to choose it would be the Sunguards.

I find about 60 HP difference between the legs when gemmed for 15 Stam gems, But the Sunfury ones give a higher EH since they have a higher armor, but as someone else said, sunfury for bosses, unwavering for trash.
