Early Raiding Gems

I am slowly getting kara geared. Saving up badges to get the 100badge BP. I do have a few yellow slot gems, should I be putting HR into it, or enduring terasites?

Try not to gem for hit if you can avoid it. Your armory shows you having 49 hit rating, that is more than enough until you get to later bosses in ZA or into 25 mans. I would honestly work on getting some stam gems in if you can, 15k hp unbuffed would be a good goal for starting ZA, give your healers a chance to keep you standing up.
