Armory Feedback Request

Dear tankspotters,
I have issues getting feedback on my gear/specc and stats from my guildies. I was nominated MT1 in my guild because no one else could fill the position. I got geared up swiftly.
We are doing karazhan/Gruul/Maggy almost every week, but most of us are casual players.

Since Im being the the one prot warrior in my guild, they are assuming I have extensive knowledge ... hence my feedback request on The World of Warcraft Armory
I try to get as much info as I could on forums and guides, but I wish there was an experienced MT in my guild as I played only DPS classes.

I got 4 pieces t4, but managed recently to get enough badges to get the sunguard leglates
Should I sacrifice the 4 set bonus for the extra hp ?

-Im actually trying to get the quick blade from KT in HMgT, to get a proper aggro weapon because sometimes I have issues keeping aggro on multiple trash (Heroic SH), I try to follow religeously the TPS cycle described on elitist jerks forums.

-I managed to get the wrists from Attumen in KZ to start off a blocking set.
