I havent tried it yet but I found a new rotation here, but gear wise what should I be getting next? I know hte boots ASAP but I honestly dont know where to fet and besides chess event..

Any advice at all in any aspect will be helpful thank you.. If anyone has time could you check my spec maybe I should try and new spec for more threat.

Shield Slam - Revenge - Devastate - Devastate is all you need for consistent threat generation, sprinkled liberally with Shield Blocks and Heroic Strike cues. Thunder Clap/Demoralizing Shout when you have plenty of rage/threat and time to spare.

If you're still having threat issues after developing "the rotation", I highly recommend gearing up with the plethora of Expertise itemization gear available thru badges. Only you will be able to tell when to stop sacrificing survivability for threat-stats, so I recommend getting a solid damagemeter (Recount works wonders) for post-combat analyzation and breakdown of what's going wrong.
