Your post is slightly confusing in terms of what you are asking, but if you are askign where you would be fine tanking in terms of gear, well im in nearly identical gear, apart from trinkets and rings, and im MT in a guild starting in SSC/TK, so you should be fine in all five mans heroics, and Kara/ZA, Gruul, Maggy and the start of SSC/TK. Gear should not be holding you back.

If possible i would sugest upping your dodge, as that is a bit low imo, but still shouldn't be a reason for you to not be able to do well.

EDIT: Ofc don't forget to get an Enchant on your shoulders.
