Debuff tooltip help (using elkbuffbars)

Hi guys,

Would like to know if those of you who use elkbuffbars have been able to re-position the mouse-over tooltip. Currently when I mouse over the debuff, the tooltip shows up at the bottom-right of my screen, but it covers part of my combat log and also takes me a few seconds longer to read.

Is there a way I can restore the default blizzard debuff tooltip to right where the debuff icon actually is?

The way I do it is with CT Mod. Under the CT Core section it allows you to set the tip to a movable anchor that you can set anywhere on your screen. If you are not using CTMod you can download it and disable all sections but the core.
