Set up AuraHud, haven't tried it in a raid yet. A new feature I like is being able to set up a window just like target debuffs, but for your own player buffs if you want. I set one up to track Retribution Aura, Thorns, and Ancestral Fortitude/Inspiration. No idea if I'll keep it, but should be interesting!

Thanks xav for this, im usually self suffecient but never knew about some of the mods you showed. I just downloaded ghost pulse , cooldown timers 2, miky combat text and smarty rather than just copy your ui, and im having some issues. With ghost pulse i get a pulse when my shield slam 6sec cd is over , but i get no s and b pulse, i then ticked this box said player buff, and it now does show up, but i am now getting spammed with so much pulses and this annoying click noise. I want it just to show me revenge and sword/board pulse. How i do this?

Also my smarty debuff thingy, i cant get it to work right. All i get is this small square box, and all it shows me is the number of debuffs on a target. Nothing else. I read that it adds spells as it find them, but nothing like that happens for me.

PS another great mod everyone should get is called dr damage, get the latest one, it shows how much damage each spell of yours will do depending on your gear and stats. A great way to setup yoour dps gear.

Hi Xav,
I just downloaded one of your UI Buffalo
for an hour I've been trying to set the debuffs look like yours which the debuffs are going down instead to the left
I cant seem to get downward except if I change the column to 1
I wanted to make 2 debuffs goes down then to the left
do you know about how to make it that way

and 1 more thing this addon settings have to be done by typing so far
but I see an SS where it show there is an option interface
how can I use that

Hey folks, just popping in to give you a heads up:

I wrote AuraHUD, and I've renamed it to Auracle. It's now in beta, and version 0.2.2 is available at wowace, curse and wowinterface. (I tried to make those links, but the forum kept replacing them with some ad for dedicated servers in the preview :X)

If you have any trouble with it or would like to see any particular features, please submit tickets or post them in Auracle's thread on wowace. Thanks!

Is there a "How To" on AuraHud/Auracle? I tried it but my boxes just stayed as [?]

What I'm really hoping to do is see the debuffs on the boss that i care about, Sunder Armor/Thunderclap/Demoralizing shout/expose armor / etc.

I currently use debuffilter which is ok but I see Demo Shout dissapear before its duration runs out and assume its just been pushed off the "visible" debuff stack.

Short answer: No, there's no good how-to/getting-started/tutorial written yet.

Long(er) answer: Auracle does not automatically detect units to watch or (de)buffs to track; you'll have to configure it to watch what you want. But a little guide is a good idea, and I'll try to add one to the project description tonight.


Edit: ask and ye shall receive; a better overview and short tutorial is now included on the project description.

Can the "Smarty" edited for non-english servers (Rus)? All commands send to server in rus form and smarty can't recognize them. Thx

Really nice UI you've got there Xav, I have a question (since i don't want to just copy it) is Pitbull the addon that changes the avatar health and rage bars? I've been using x-perl for some days now, but I think this one is much simpler...

yeah, Pitbull is what you see kiken. I switched over to pitbull 4 now but a few minor things still need to be updated for it

darksend: not sure, perhaps thats in the cowtip options somewhere or in a new version? seems simple enough
