I've never specifically checked if Sunder will use BT charges. I can take a look when I get home tonight.
Instantly attack the target causing [AP * 45 / 100] damage. In addition, the next 5 successful melee attacks will restore 30 health. This effect lasts 8 sec. Damage is based on your attack power.
it just says the next 5 successful melee attacks so specials work not sure on TC though since that can be silenced like a spell casters spell. that being said TC does deal damage to the mana wyrms that are immune to magic that reside in Kara
Tried it tonight prior to the raid. Unfortunately, my results are inconclusive, as I always got a white swing off with the Sunder. It appeared to only use one charge of BT, but I'm going to need a Sunder mouseover macro to do it right.
EDIT: After more testing, I can say that Sunder does NOT use a BT charge or give you the healing benefit. I think you have to deal damage in order to use a charge.

That's always been my experience as well, Kag. Granted, I'm not normally sundering when I'm specced BT, but I have tried it a few times, and it seems like it's only ever procced on a yellow or white damage swing.
What are you planning, Cider?
