Paladin Tank Requirements. Kara AND ZA

I would like to know the minimum req. for Paladin tanks for Kara and another set of reqs. for ZA. Instead of long drawn out replies can I just have a list of requirements.

Health- 11.5-12.5k
Armor-12k-13k
Spell Dmg-161-250
Avoidance- Negligible but they need to have 67% DODGE BLOCK PARRY AND MISS.

ZA:
Health- 14.5-15.5k
Armor-15k-16k
Spell Dmg-250-350
Avoidance- Negligible but they need to have 67% DODGE BLOCK PARRY AND MISS.

Karazhan rule of thumb is: 16k buffed is enough for prince
ZA rule of thumb is 20k buffed

But I warn that its better to try than to say no because of not meeting a 'benchmark'. It is however important to have 67% combined block, dodge, parry, miss (from def skill) and 5% from mob miss. With holy shield libram (5.33%) or any combination giving 102.4% avoidance this is best shown with an addon like tank points.
