Fury Weapon Noob Questions

So, I've been combing thru Meeks' guide (thanks Meeks)

As I can discern, I want to use a nice slow MH weapon and a fast OH weapon.

When I get to execute range I want to get 2 fast weapons equipped.

When not using WW (CC pulls), I normally will go Fast/Slow : MH/OH combo. When using WW (CC not an issue), I think need to go Slow/Slow with same speed weapons?

Being a MT, I've collected some dps weapons that I'd like your opinion on, because I've only really used my 1.6 speed swords

Human Warrior, so mace and sword racials

2.6 Speed

Fools Bane (potency) Fool's Bane - Items - World of Warcraft
Decapitator (potency) The Decapitator - Items - World of Warcraft
Fury (potency)(OH only) Fury - Items - World of Warcraft

~1.5-1.8 Speed

None of those fast OHs you have would be ideal for Fury. Slow/slow wins out over slow/fast unless you are having rage problems (which you shouldn't with decent gear) or a massive DPS discrepency ([item]Vindicator's Brand[/item] vs [item]Merciless Gladiator's Bonecracker[/item] was my choice before I got [item]Fury[/item], and S2 won by a long shot). If you need to use a fast OH at any stage, use [item]Blazefury[/item].

Out of the weapons you have there, use [item]The Decapitator[/item] MH and [item]Fury[/item] OH. During Execute range swap on [item]Blazefury[/item] and [item]Heartrazor[/item]. Also, Executioner should be your first choice for MH weapon enchants. It's an awesome enchant.

Slow/slow does not necesarily win out, a fast offhand with a better stat/weapon dps value will outperform a slow offhand.

I did mention that in my post too. However, given equal DPS and stats, slow/slow wins out.

I've found that S/S wins in most situation, but I find myself rage starved in Heroic and 10 man content without my pocket shaman dropping WF. In situations like that I feel that I get more out of S/F.

My feelings are pretty much slow/slow especially if your a 44/17 with impale. I think it's more noticeable as your crit is high enough to not drop from flurry. It should get even more noticeable after 2.4 which fixes flurry.
