Tooltip-adjusting Addon

Hey guys

I use a variety of addons (far too many to remember, much less list them all here), but I'm looking for something that will allow me to adjust the default setting for the tooltip box (normally found in the lower right-hand corner). I'd like to just move it to a location where there aren't so many OTHER things in the way, lol

(I use MobInfo2, if that helps... although I haven't seen anything in the options to allow me to move the tooltip box around)

I use TinyTip since its very lightweight and does everything other tooltip addons do. CowTip is a slightly more advance version. Both are aced, enjoy.
