overpower macros

Ok, ive been a fan of these forums for quite some time now. Never posted before because ive never had the need to. Now i do. Im trying to figure out how to write a macro that will be used when overpower comes up. Swap me to battle stance, equip a 2 hander, cast overpower, swap back to zerker and reequip my 1handers. any help whatsoever on this would be a huge plus.
