Your giving avoidance values to some resilience items. =) which is incorrect.

Also I know im tired by why has belt of the guardian got a higher EH than the t6 belts which are from sight view better? maybe i missed something it is 2 am..

I'm assuming 490 defense, and thus basically ignoring resilience. Avoidance comes from:
-Defense rating
-Block rating
-Dodge rating
-Parry rating
-Agility.

[itemBelt of the Guardian[/item] was incorrectly calculated. It's been fixed now. It's the best EH before the t6 instances, but both BT belts exceed it. Thanks for pointing that out

I think it would be far more useful if you assume +12 stamina on all pieces, it would make everything more comparable.

As your list stands, I can compare all items with respect to their EH values as they all assume +12 stam. Same thing with avoidance as they all assume avoidance gems.

But, I can't get a 'best balanced' item evaluation, because EH/Avoid assume different gems.

For example, my problem now, compare 3 boots

I can't tell. It seems that Battlescar, because it has almost the same EH as Red Havoc, and almost the same avoidance as Elusion. BUT... that is the catch, I can't have both scores at the same time, because your EH number assumes stamina gems and your avoidance number assumes avoidance gems. So, I'm left out in the open, I can't tell the most balanced item.

(my conclusion: I think I will replace my Battlescar with Red Havoc as my EH boots, and stay with Elusion for more avoidance, might even enchant it differently now)

Yes, the gems thing could get a bit confuddling. This list doesn't offer a good way to choose the best EH/avoidanced balanced gear when it comes to socketed items unfortunately.

For EH, the s2 gear is pretty great, comparable to or better than t5-tiered gear. It'd be better than the Warchief's.

In terms of avoidance, they're not amazing either. I recently upgraded from mine to green Defense-suffixed shoulders for my avoidance set - still waiting on t4

That's an interesting idea.. but I think the list is more useful as it is, in that each piece of gear can be fairly compared.

If you had different base stats, most of the listed gear would scale similarly to each other anyway, thus if your stats are remarkably different then the given EH values, while being inaccurate in terms of absolute addition to your EH, they are still just as accurate (or close enough) compared to each other, which is the whole point of the list.
