I don't get to run Karazhan much as I'm usually on my priest healing for my guild. I've been collecting heroic badges and was wondering what upgrade would benefit me the most.

S2 Arena shield is one of the best shields you can get.

s2 arena shield is the single greatest jump in shield quality you can get until you either get the one in Hyjal, or the one off Illidan. Bar none.
