its okay whether its more useful than a stam trinket in a slot or a block value trinket is debatable, That said the use effect is very nice and its a decent alternative to moroes pocket watch :x

2500 armor is the same as an ironshield potion, which provides so much mitigation. Could you imagine using both this AND a ironshield potion?

Well the question is do you want a constant 51 stamina (scaling with raid buffs/talents) or a 2 min CD that lasts 20 seconds, It is however very nice for tanking.
