i'm looking for some suggestions on my gear..

From my point of view your gear is perfect. I would go with [item]Battlescar Boots[/item] instead of elusion but its a personal choice.

You should check if u are already at enough Effective Health for those instances, then switch some pieces of gear.
I had around 22 dodge, 15 parry at those levels IIRC.
