I saw a picture at wowhead.com with a guy looting the recipe from a enraged air spirit, Probably drops from all of those.
Confirmed by me to drop from Enraged Fire Elementals
Confirmed by Destronaut of demon soul they drop from Enraged Earth Elementals.
logic tells me that they all drop from 'enraged' type elementals in shadowmoon.

Confirmed by me that they drop from Enraged Water Elementals. Hence, Astronomica's logic is correct.

Agreed, I got them off of Enraged Air Elementals.
The only tricky part is getting the 2 scroll of strength V.

I got the plans off an Enraged Air Spirit in Netherwing Fields, SMV....went to buy the scrolls to make a few to sell....80g EACH for ths scrolls on the AH.......

Confirmed - all the enraged elementals in SMV drop this recipe.
Even though I already knew the ragesteel helm plan (which drop from a different mob) those plans dropped for me when I was farming the enraged elementals in SMV. I kept the plans in my inventory and submitted a ticket to a GM, and they said they were aware of the issue and were working on it. Plans aren't supposed to be seen again if you already know them right? I hope they fix this issue.

I thinkk the point he is making is that Despte already having the recipie for the helm, it dropped again for him where it shouldn't have
I just got plans off of Enraged Fire Elementals yesterday. Not bad shoulders either. Mats aren't to tought to farm as well.
