    4/5 T5 Proc Rate Question

I recently obtained my 4/5 Tier 5 tank set and i have a bit of a question on the specifics of the 200 haste rating proc. This is a quote from Wowhead: WoW Database Extraordinaire on the proc spell:

You have a chance each time you are hit to gain 200 haste rating for 10sec.
    Apply Aura: Proc Trigger Spell
    Proc chance: 7%
    Now for my questions...
    • Can the spell proc if the hit vs me is missed, dodged, or parried?
    • Can the spell proc if the attack was blocked?
    • Can the spell proc if I'm being hit from behind?
    • Can the spell proc if I'm currently stuned?
    • Does the spell proc from applications of damage or debuffs from spells?
    • Can it proc off of DOT ticks or applications?

I can't help you because I don't have the tier bonus but my guesses are.
You won't proc the bonus if the attack is missed: you have not been hit.
Won't proc form spells or dots: Blizz usually make difference between "hit" and "Spell hit".
It will proc if you are stunned or attacked from behind: you are being hit for sure.
Can't help you about dodge/parry/block. Im confident that block will proc it, but the other two :S

In summary, TBC raiding is easy. 9/10 encounters can be summarized with 1 phrase. Stay out of the fucking fire.

From my practical experience Narshe is right on. It will proc from any direct melee hit, regardless whether you are stunned or incapacitated. On the other hand it won't proc from avoids or spells but from blocks.

    My guesses on answers:
    No.
    Yes.
    Yes.
    Yes.
    No.
    No.

This should work the same as the Darkmoon Card: Vengeance (though Vengeance specifically says it works on spells, unlike this).
