Here you bum, even though I already told you at work.

[item]Glyph of Ferocity[/item] from Cenarion Expedition Revered for helm
[item]Greater Inscription of the Blade[/item] or [item]Greater Inscription of Vengeance[/item] from Scyer/Aldor Exalted reputation for shoulder

[item]Enchant Chest - Exceptional Stats[/item] or [item]Enchant Chest - Exceptional Health[/item] for Chest from your local Enchanter

[item]Enchant Gloves - Major Strength[/item] for Gloves again from enchanter

[item]Enchant Bracer - Fortitude[/item] or [item]Enchant Bracer - Brawn[/item] for wrists

[item]Nethercleft Leg Armor[/item] or [item]Nethercobra Leg Armor[/item] for legs

and for boots, depending on whether you have a fastrun speed meta gem or not you have 3 options:

And that's that!

Oh, and always use:
