    Quick question...been trying to figure out how best to pick up [item]Kang the Decapitator[/item] (lvl 43 character right now...trying to plan ahead )...any suggestions?

    The AH is the only reliable way. It's a world drop so it can essentially drop off of any mob of a given level range.
