I thought the tree aura doesn't stack?
We've been finidng that the best group for the MT in a raid, in fights except for those that are the most aggro sensitive, is generally:
Tree druid
Tree druid
Lock w/Improved Imp
Pally w/Improved Devotion Aura
Warrior MT
Or alternately, replace the lock or pally with a third tree druid.
The tree druids wear full spirit gear (even green 'of spirit' things) when they enter tree form, since that sets what the healing benefit of the treeform will be! Then they swap to normal heal gear before the battle starts.
Then when it starts the druids use a heal trinket and stack 3 lifeblooms. Then they cast lifebloom repeatedly, never letting it fall off. Refreshing the lifebloom will cause it to give the amount of healing it did while trinketed! In between these lifeblooms they can cast other spells if needed, but often dont need to.
The effect of 2 or even 3 tree druids, with +heal auras that were based on insane levels of spirit, with 3 lifeblooms each that were started with a +heal trinket, is insane. It gives the MT several thousand hp of healing per SECOND, absolutely every second. In addition to normal heals coming in.
The pally armor buff and imp buff dramatically increase effective health.
We're finding this strategy to be rediculously good.

I do get several copies of the tree aura in my buff list...
If they pop spirit trinkets before they go into tree, do they retain the bonus from that too?
Hax!
Just don't put this on the official forums. IMO, it will get nerfed.
wow, that's simply incredible, something to tell my tree dr00ds who are already flexing at our poor priests =(
Our guild leader was a healing priest and rerolled druid and is now a tree druid.
Priests should be dps. Theyre like, the best dps class in the game.
Of course, the fact that that is true is very broken. But its how it is.
Srsly!
Also: The multiple tree druid healing method is the ultimate in favoring effective health over avoidance.
The Lifeblooms DO NOT CARE if you dodge, they still heal you several thousand a second either way.The druids dont care if you dodge, they still just refresh lifebloom before it runs out.
But YOU get more rage by eating the hits. = More heroic strikes = more threat, to make the dpsers happy. I mean, I'm attempting to lower my avoidance...its crazy. I'm down to like 480 defense now (and 61 resilience). Arena shield is especially good when the resilience actually helps you!
Yeh, I use 2 merc pieces (check my armory), it lets me drop my defense WAY lower than 490 and still remain uncrittable, so I can put on a ton of Shield Block Gear. My EH goes down a bit though cuz it lowers armor/stam with those pieces but my threat/rage goes throught he roof!
Outside of the shield, I don't know which Glad pieces I would even use. Gloves and legs?
Edit : I have the BoAK already.
I use arena shield and pvp honor belt (Veteran's Plate Belt)
Vet belt or T5 crafted belt?
Something doesn't seem right here...
Arena season 2 shoulders, biggest upgrade to armor/stam out there.
I have to admit, this smacks of exploit due to crappy programming to me. The only question is how Bliz would fix it.
Tree form's bonus is obviously computed at shift and never checked again. Dumb.
Livebloom's HoT bonus is obviously computed at the first cast and never checked again. Also dumb.
Sounds to me like a pretty serious recoding to fix that. Or they'll just take the sledgehammer approach and prevent lifebloom from stacking on a target and call it a day there. *sigh* Anybody here a betting man?
